Description
The CALS Trauma and Provider Course is a blended learning course that consists of both online and interactive sessions in cardiac, traumatic, pediatric, obstetrical, neonatal, and medical advanced life support. Course materials establish the CALS Universal Approach to critically ill or injured patients, which defines the manner by which care providers evaluate and treat emergency patients. You will receive CALS and ALS certificates upon successful completion of all components of the course. The in-person component of the CALS Trauma and Provider Course includes two days of interactive learning, starting at 0700 and ending at 1700 both days. The online, pre-course components of the CALS Trauma and Provider Course will take approximately 10-12 hours to complete (at your own pace) and must be completed prior to the in-person course. Please plan ahead to complete this training on time for your course date. After you complete the in-person course, please return to the online course and complete the post-test and course evaluation to obtain your CMEs. Thank you!
